Description

  • Translate Growth and Content briefs into Figma designs for landing pages, product pages, editorial hubs, and campaigns.
  • Build accessible, responsive, conversion-aware layouts using existing design-system components.
  • Design and maintain reusable Figma and CMS components, templates, and publishing guardrails.
  • Build, update, and publish pages in the CMS and Webflow environment.
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch quality assurance, including responsive, visual, content, link, and localization checks.
  • Create detailed handoffs for Webflow and development partners, including states, edge cases, annotations, and walkthroughs.
  • Manage implementation feedback and ensure launched work matches the intended design.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Content, Design, Engineering, and external development partners to clarify scope and dependencies.
  • Support campaign creative, advertisements, slide templates, email UI, illustrations, and other marketing assets.
  • Use AI design tools such as Claude Design to explore concepts and improve production speed while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, web, brand, or related digital design; portfolio quality may outweigh exact experience.
  • Portfolio featuring polished marketing websites or landing pages and broader work across campaign creative, motion, illustration, presentations, ads, or email.
  • Excellent Figma skills and strong judgment in typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy, image selection, and responsive design.
  • Experience with a CMS or no-code/low-code site builder; Webflow experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work within and thoughtfully extend an existing component and design system.
  • Meticulous approach to quality, including ownership of major launches and routine CMS maintenance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including writing specifications and providing actionable developer feedback.
  • Ability to manage concurrent requests, make practical trade-offs, and use AI tools without compromising design quality.
  • Webflow experience with CMS collections, global components, slots, variables, responsive building, or publishing workflows is preferred.
  • Basic HTML/CSS literacy, agency or freelance development QA experience, and familiarity with accessibility, localization, SEO-aware templates, or conversion-focused design are preferred.
