Description

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages to understand needs, determine fit, and book meetings.
  • Work new inbound and warm outbound leads quickly and consistently to maintain a high-volume outreach cadence.
  • Convert incomplete applications into active opportunities and help clients complete their purchase journey.
  • Re-engage stalled, stale, or unresponsive leads to keep the pipeline healthy.
  • Coordinate with advisors to schedule meetings or transfer qualified prospects for follow-up.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM records organized and up to date with detailed notes and handoffs.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor and Operations teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets.
  • Represent PolicyMe in a professional, client-centric manner.
  • Analyze outreach and funnel data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles; open to new and recent grads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or a STEM field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect quickly and adapt your approach.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and making adjustments based on data and feedback.
  • Experience engaging inbound or outbound leads is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM, with HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to take ownership of performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance volume and quality.
  • A strong desire to grow from a BDR into an Advisory role.
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset, but not required.
