Description

  • Partner with product and engineering leads to translate strategy and OKRs into coordinated execution plans.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives across product, infrastructure, platform, and data domains.
  • Remove ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals and delivery metrics.
  • Use AI-driven analytics to surface risks, detect bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven delivery practices.
  • Facilitate alignment among senior product, design, and engineering leaders on trade-offs and accountability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of shared tools, processes, and frameworks that improve execution at scale.
  • Track delivery health, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder visibility across programs.
  • Support technical design conversations and collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in TPM, EPM, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of experience driving multi-team initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure.
  • Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health signals.
  • Proficiency with program execution and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!, or equivalent tools.
  • Technical fluency in modern software systems, including APIs, architectures, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to engage in technical design conversations and work frequently with engineering teams.
  • Experience using metrics to improve predictability, flow, and outcomes.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices in engineering environments.
