Description

  • Generate and qualify opportunities for new-logo and install-base account executives.
  • Plan territory coverage, account targeting, and pre-discovery outreach strategies.
  • Engage assigned prospects to understand their business, uncover challenges, and book discovery calls.
  • Use CRM systems to track activity, manage progress, and document prospect and customer information.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities to increase wallet share within assigned accounts.
  • Support and contribute to booking and revenue targets.
  • Own strategy and execution for account-based campaigns with Sales and Marketing.
  • Serve as an early point of contact and help create a positive prospect experience.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR peers, account executives, and SDR leadership to share best practices and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Some experience in entry-level sales.
  • Post-secondary degree or college diploma.
  • Some experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, positive, and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for commitments.
  • Creative problem-solving and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Interest in sales and the healthcare industry.
