Description

  • Coordinate project activities including project creation, generic resourcing, and budget updates.
  • Maintain and use Kantata and Salesforce to support project operations.
  • Manage communication channels such as MS Teams, mailbox, and calendar.
  • Investigate incomplete or inaccurate deliverables and work with management to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the data cleansing process to ensure database accuracy.
  • Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review monthly audits for quality compliance.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related area such as Project Management or Administration.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Kantata is an asset.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is an asset.
  • Good understanding of project cycle activities as established by PMBOK and the Project Management Institute.
  • AI fluency and/or experience using M365 Copilot is an asset.
