Description

  • Label PointClickCare clinical notes to prepare data for AI model training.
  • Provide clinical feedback and recommendations during data labeling using Senior Living/SNF EHR knowledge.
  • Apply nursing expertise within the labeling team to support quality and consistency.
  • Review labeling rules and contribute input on potential labeling changes to improve the product.
  • Work with subject matter experts to quality review AI products.
  • Complete required security, clinical, and HR training.
  • Follow project-specific technical and security requirements, including VPN and browser usage.
  • Maintain professional communication while working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • RN or NP clinical background required.
  • At least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience required.
  • Clinical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid clinical license verification required.
  • Clinical software experience and predictive intelligence with an EHR preferred.
  • General familiarity with AI in healthcare, including LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
  • Experience in data labeling or supporting customers using a clinical software application preferred.
  • Technical acumen or familiarity with the PointClickCare EHR preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills required.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, complete the contract period, and follow HR and information security policies.
  • Must have a private workspace, secure Wi-Fi, no shared computer access, and the ability to install an approved VPN and use the required browser.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $37.50 to $40.40 USD.
  • 4% per hour in lieu of benefits and paid time off.
  • Flexible part-time contract schedule.
  • Up to 28 hours per week.
  • Remote work within the USA.
