Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle for one or more Revenue Cycle Management AI products from early development through general availability and growth.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap across billing, claims, collections, and pre-billing workflows.
  • Translate AI model outputs, confidence thresholds, and recommendation tradeoffs into product decisions and customer-facing features.
  • Set success metrics for AI products, including recommendation adoption, billing event capture, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate model performance and improve customer trust and adoption.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research with billing managers, RCM directors, and facility operators.
  • Contribute to the multi-year RCM AI strategy by identifying the sequence of AI advisors that create the most customer value.
  • Build business cases, prioritize investments, and quantify ROI using data-driven analysis and judgment.
  • Collaborate with UX, Technical Writing, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to launch, beta test, and drive adoption.
  • Represent the product in industry, customer, and partner-facing engagements as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software product management experience.
  • At least 2 years as the primary product owner of an AI or ML-powered product shipped to production customers.
  • Healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of RCM workflows, payer operations, or medical billing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products through beta programs and into general availability.
  • Experience defining success metrics and feedback loops for AI products, including recommendation adoption and model performance monitoring.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of agile practices and experience working with data science and ML engineering teams.
  • Experience managing SaaS products.
  • Travel to PointClickCare office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City is required for remote roles.
