Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the daily discovery and cooking experience, loyalty, referrals, and other viral growth mechanics.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of approximately four Directors and Associate Directors along with their squads, including Principal PMs.
  • Manage a hybrid operating model spanning core product squads and a specialized squad focused on AI-enabled workflows and rapid experimentation.
  • Set the prioritization framework to balance near-term business milestones with longer-term strategic bets.
  • Own the tribe’s key results across habit formation, daily active users, retention, lifetime value, and referral-driven conversions.
  • Build the metric framework that connects customer behaviors to commercial outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to define what gets built and how teams deliver.
  • Work with marketing and CRM on communications, reward economics, and commercial strategy.
  • Own external vendor relationships where relevant and evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior and C-level leadership by communicating direction, defending tradeoffs, and owning results.

Requirements

  • Track record of building B2C products at scale and developing product managers.
  • Experience leading a scaled organization of product managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in food or another category with strong consumer affinity is preferred.
  • Strong customer obsession and product judgment, with the ability to make confident decisions without perfect data.
  • Bias toward iterative delivery, quick decisions, and short timelines.
  • Executive presence and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Experience working closely with marketing and CRM counterparts.
  • Fluency in modern AI capabilities and ability to identify high-leverage AI opportunities in team workflows and customer experiences.
  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, referrals, or engagement programs is a strong plus.
