Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison on project teams and document customer expectations, business processes, and goals.
  • Lead detailed business discovery and recommend a delivery approach that drives outcomes and value.
  • Translate technical requirements into system configuration and execute setup for more complex implementations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on implementation approaches and business practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including configuration and training specialists, to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays to support a successful implementation.
  • Lead customer change management efforts, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple product offerings and the end-to-end solution.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Experience working on a multi-resource project team while balancing milestones and objectives efficiently.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for projects, demonstrate initiative, and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solution value.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Healthcare market experience is preferred.
