Description

  • Apply change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter to design tailored strategies for complex AI and Workspace transformations.
  • Facilitate Gemini Enterprise discovery workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and adoption opportunities.
  • Define North Star outcomes, success metrics, and KPIs to track adoption progress and organizational health.
  • Document policy and process changes created by integrating AI into daily operating rhythms.
  • Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on visible change leadership and executive engagement.
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to AI by developing targeted mitigation strategies for high-risk stakeholder groups.
  • Build and activate change champion networks to scale adoption through peer-to-peer learning.
  • Translate technical AI concepts into clear business value and strategic messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Develop persona-based learning journeys, role-based training programs, and change communication narratives.
  • Create enablement assets using Google Workspace tools and facilitate workshops, kickoff sessions, and design-thinking exercises.
  • Lead Gemini Enterprise pilot programs, manage cohort participation, and capture baseline productivity reports.
  • Establish support mechanisms such as office hours, Slack/Teams channels, self-service support agents, and post-launch reinforcement activities.
  • Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise-scale technology programs.
  • Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci ADKAR certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives and present to end users through C-suite executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence across complex organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI, is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams such as engineers and data scientists to translate technical change into human-centered action is preferred.
  • Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics to leadership is preferred.
  • Extensive experience running dynamic strategy workshops in person and with tools like Miro or Mural is preferred.
