Description

  • Develop robust, insight-driven account plans for named, high-potential accounts, balancing short- and long-term opportunities including Develop & Retain accounts in the RADO model.
  • Perform whitespace analysis and create targeted territory outreach strategies, events, and campaigns to build pipeline.
  • Use win/loss insights to optimize pipeline composition and align deal strategy to client potential and segment.
  • Build tailored engagement strategies across multiple stakeholders and expand influence from operational contacts to senior and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal SMEs to identify expansion opportunities during pre-sales, delivery, and post-launch and ensure long-term account value realization.
  • Lead consultative, insight-driven sales conversations that surface stated and unstated client needs and align PCC solutions to high-impact problems.
  • Facilitate ROI and outcome-based selling, contextualize platform capabilities and value packaging, and communicate pricing and financial trade-offs in customer-friendly language.
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals using tiered pricing, phased deployments, and value-based packaging while navigating legal and procurement discussions (MSAs, BAAs) to accelerate deal closure.
  • Act as primary account owner and orchestrate a cross-functional POD (Solution Architects, CSMs, Product SMEs) to deliver cohesive client value, run Success Reviews and Executive Briefings, and support sustained adoption and retention.
  • Synthesize product and business information into compelling client-relevant stories, differentiate hard vs. soft savings, lead internal debriefs, and maintain performance against metrics such as monthly bookings, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), client expansion, and NPS.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or care delivery platforms.
  • Proven track record of building high-value relationships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of financial and clinical buyer dynamics within healthcare systems, payers, and post-acute care organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed bookings quota and drive client expansion and retention.
  • Highly skilled in objection handling, personalized storytelling, business case development, and collaborative selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, GONG (including GONG Engage), Clari, and 360 Insights.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating deals, including discussions with legal and procurement teams (MSAs, BAAs).
  • Ability to cover and operate within the Pennsylvania territory and work remotely or from the Mississauga location as required.

Benefits

  • Canadian on-target earnings (base + commissions) range: $163,000–$178,000 per year.
  • Compensation delivered as base salary plus commissions as part of a broader total rewards package.

  • Remote work option with the choice of Pennsylvania remote coverage or Mississauga location.
