Description

  • Complete eight months of formal training in research and analysis for investment work.
  • Develop company analysis and financial modeling skills under the guidance of Academy faculty and investment professionals.
  • Learn and apply statistics, accounting, financial modeling, data analysis, and coding.
  • Participate in up to three rotations with investing teams or similar roles across the platform.
  • Apply classroom learning to real-life investment situations during rotations.
  • Work closely with investment professionals and learn through direct mentorship.
  • Build and refine financial models to analyze covered businesses and how they are changing.
  • Perform company channel checks, attend industry events, and build relationships with relevant market contacts.
  • Analyze data sets to develop investment theses.
  • Continue developing through coaching from a Portfolio Manager and professional development resources.

Requirements

  • Current university student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
  • Open to students from all academic disciplines; major is not a determining factor.
  • Strong collaboration skills, integrity, intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, and interest in financial markets.
  • High enthusiasm for the financial services industry and interest in analyzing companies and stocks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an Asian language.
  • High degree of self-motivation and self-drive.
  • Commitment to continued academic and professional success with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to participate in a project-based program and explore a career in finance.
