Description

  • Lead content and creative strategy development for multiple clients, including tier-one accounts and audits.
  • Advise clients and internal teams on Amazon content best practices and marketplace strategy.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Assign and oversee junior team projects, performance, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop creative strategies and deliver client and internal projects.
  • Partner with media and account management teams to align content with advertising and business objectives.
  • Develop content and SEO strategies that support broader client goals.
  • Analyze content performance data and testing results to optimize creative and marketplace content.
  • Create thought leadership materials, client POVs, resources, and case studies.
  • Own SOPs, process improvements, resources, and team training while supporting global consistency across regions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, eCommerce content strategy, or digital advertising focused on Amazon or other marketplaces.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring team members across multiple content projects.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon content, including titles, bullet points, A+ Content, storefronts, and image stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven content optimization recommendations.
  • Project management experience with a record of meeting deadlines across multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and expectation-management skills.
  • Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and content workflow improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, account management, and design teams.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with an interest in innovation and measurable results.
