Description

  • Own delivery of large-scale technical programs with significant impact.
  • Define deliverables and milestones for cross-team dependencies.
  • Develop roadmaps for future releases and projects and help teams allocate resources with minimal risk.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across multiple programs and communicate proactively with program leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment on internal milestones, technical trade-offs, retrospective processes, and program management improvements.
  • Support additional programs, including internal tooling, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of systems, including hardware and software architecture and application or hardware integrations.
  • Stay current on technical trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical program management experience in software development.
  • Network and hardware experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering on schedule across complex, multi-team technical programs.
  • Technical experience reviewing software architecture and design.
  • Technical experience in online services; experience integrating with personal devices, PC apps, or consoles is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of quality engineering, including shift-left and shift-right methodologies.
  • Experience with program management and issue tracking tools such as Asana and JIRA.
  • Experience with KPI development and management.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
