Description

  • Validate and audit hourly employee timesheets before payroll processing.
  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and secure timely approvals.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Process payroll adjustments, earnings, deductions, and other payroll transactions.
  • Prepare and process final paychecks in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues through ServiceNow and other support channels.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Stock Administration, and other teams on payroll processing.
  • Support payroll compliance activities, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests.
  • Participate in payroll system testing, upgrades, implementations, and special projects.
  • Identify and help automate processes to improve efficiency using technology and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain payroll documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience working in a global or large multinational organization with 10K+ employees.
  • Experience processing multi-state payrolls.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, wage and hour requirements, and payroll compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong people experience orientation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday HCM (preferred).
  • Experience with Dayforce Payroll and Dayforce Workforce Management (preferred).
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting SOX controls and payroll audits (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Microsoft Teams, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
