Description

  • Lead multiple core infrastructure domains through subordinate managers, including internal network access, core network connectivity, on-premises infrastructure, and endpoint management.
  • Own end-to-end performance, security, scalability, reliability, resilience, and user experience for Core Infrastructure services.
  • Define and execute the Core Infrastructure strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities.
  • Drive standardization, simplification, automation, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and AI-enabled operational practices.
  • Establish and enforce operational frameworks for service management, incident response, change control, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure infrastructure services meet SLAs, SLOs, performance targets, security requirements, and resilience objectives.
  • Partner with security, cloud, application, architecture, workplace technology, and business leaders to align infrastructure priorities and investments.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on infrastructure strategy, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global organization of managers and senior engineers, including succession planning and talent development.
  • Own budget, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management across Core Infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, networking, or enterprise IT platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading global, distributed teams.
  • Deep expertise in one or more core infrastructure domains such as networking, on-prem infrastructure, or endpoint management.
  • Proven experience operating and evolving large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, business continuity, and operational best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps and operating models.
  • Experience with global regulatory, data privacy, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
  • Experience driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement in infrastructure operations.
