Description

  • Serve as the primary delivery partner for the Streaming Intelligence product line and Data Platform team, turning roadmap priorities into actionable project plans.
  • Co-own quarterly and annual planning with the Principal Product Manager from ideation through go-to-market.
  • Track product KPIs such as accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, content coverage, and downstream adoption, and surface risks early.
  • Coordinate AI model evaluation cycles, including game imports, prompt iteration, accuracy scoring, and cost analysis across multiple models.
  • Manage vendor integration workstreams by tracking deliverables, SLAs, and roadmap alignment with external AI partners.
  • Build and maintain documentation for hybrid human-AI workflows, including escalation paths, quality review processes, and fallback handling.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination across product, engineering, data, design, and QA to keep execution aligned.
  • Own dependency mapping, risk management, and blocker resolution across multiple engineering teams.
  • Develop dashboards, status reports, and executive communications to improve transparency and progress reporting.
  • Drive operational improvements to planning cycles, stakeholder coordination, meeting cadence, and feedback loops, including AI-assisted workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in project or program management within software engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of both the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical programs involving AI/ML, data platforms, or similarly complex technical domains.
  • Working fluency with AI/ML concepts and modern data platforms, including model accuracy, prompt engineering, token economics, semantic layers, data governance, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior product leaders and translate strategic vision into structured delivery plans.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with engineers, ML vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, external partners, and moving parts.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tooling.
  • Experience establishing governance standards and optimizing workflows across teams.
  • An AI-forward personal practice, with demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate delivery outcomes.
  • Experience with computer vision, video processing, or media pipeline programs, such as encoding, segmentation, or metadata extraction (preferred).
  • Familiarity with vendor management for AI/ML services, including evaluating model performance, negotiating SLAs, and managing integration timelines (preferred).
  • Background in sports media, sports data, or adjacent domains such as prep sports, broadcast, or sports tech (preferred).
  • Exposure to modern data stacks like Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch, and Kafka, as well as event-driven architectures and medallion architecture patterns (preferred).
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs, or strategic planning frameworks in a product-led organization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, or process automation tools beyond basic prompt usage (preferred).
