Description

  • Surface and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
  • Influence the deployment of key infrastructure components for client environments.
  • Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 tenant.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of target workloads.
  • Maintain expertise in existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.
  • Advise customers on new Office 365 capabilities that could improve their operations.
  • Resolve escalated tier 3 and tier 4 break/fix issues related to Microsoft 365 security.
  • Perform security analysis and configuration using Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Support long-term client relationships by serving as a technical partner and advisor.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.
  • SME-level knowledge of the Office 365 stack, including OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Entra, Sentinel, Defender, and Intune.
  • SME-level knowledge of Azure-related services including Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Strong endpoint and device management experience with Intune, including configuration policies, compliance policies, and platform scripts.
  • Security analyst or security administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work security escalations through to completion in Defender and Sentinel.
  • Comfort creating custom KQL queries and searches as needed.
  • Knowledge of MITRE or similar security frameworks is a plus.
  • Microsoft or other technical certifications are a plus, especially in the Microsoft 365 core technology stack.
  • US citizenship required and ability to obtain a clearance may require up to a 10-year background investigation.

  • Salary range of $120,000 to $210,000.
