Description

  • Lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex Microsoft 365 modernization projects.
  • Translate client requirements into architectural designs and guide deployment of infrastructure components.
  • Design, construct, configure, and maintain all aspects of a Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end Microsoft 365 infrastructure workload implementations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related core technologies.
  • Advise customers on complex feature and capability decisions.
  • Provide leadership across practice areas, including process improvement and standardization efforts with broad impact.
  • Participate in presales calls and support solution scoping and opportunity identification for additional services.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.
  • Extensive experience with hybrid and third-party migrations.
  • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams Voice, and other Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Experience with Microsoft security tools including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Compliance Center capabilities such as Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery.
  • Real-world experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, GPOs, and on-premises Active Directory migrations.
  • Ability to implement related technologies and understand dependencies in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical communities, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Experience articulating escalations and communicating project progress clearly.
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to successful technical delivery of complex enterprise projects.
  • US citizenship required; federal agency clearance requirements may require up to a 10-year background investigation.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $140,000 to $200,000.
  • Compensation may vary based on experience, clearance level, industry background, education, and training.
