Description

  • Conduct OCM activities such as vision discovery, kickoff sessions, change scope analysis workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Develop and execute new organizational change management offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
  • Build communication, training, and champion plans to support change strategy and adoption.
  • Educate end-users, champions, and stakeholders to reduce anxiety and improve transformation outcomes.
  • Measure transition success and adjust plans and tactics based on specific needs.
  • Design and implement change management plans using best practices and a consistent methodology.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, change champions, and junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and IT professionals to align change efforts with project objectives.
  • Build and share knowledge through blogs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and create new OCM materials and engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with GCC High migration projects, Copilot deployment, or Power Platform is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Design and creative skills for creating effective communications are a plus.
  • Experience with user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management projects applied to Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to lead assessments with C-suites, end users, and IT contacts.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers to assess, envision, plan, design, and oversee OCM programs.
  • PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification is a plus.
  • US Citizenship (clearable) is required, with potential for up to a 10-year background investigation.
