Description

  • Design and lead end-to-end software engineering solutions in cloud environments.
  • Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and strong team collaboration.
  • Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot agents, and Anthropic-based solutions in day-to-day work.
  • Select the appropriate AI model and approach for each use case, balancing quality, speed, and cost.
  • Design and maintain reusable prompts, instructions, and workflows to standardize AI usage across projects.
  • Promote modern engineering practices that combine AI capabilities with strong quality and review processes.
  • Ensure best practices in software quality, security, and scalability.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications using a spec-driven development approach.
  • Mentor other engineers and support teammates on active projects.
  • Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies.
  • Stay current with the latest tools and technologies in the market.

Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience in software development with .NET.
  • Experience designing and building end-to-end architectures in cloud environments.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and create technical proposals aligned to business goals.
  • Experience leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
  • Understanding of LLM usage, including prompt design, context management, and efficient usage.
  • Ability to select the right tool or model depending on the problem.
  • Experience using Azure services; experience with AWS or GCP is a bonus.
  • Experience with testing as an essential part of development, including unit and integration tests.
  • Experience with a frontend framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong team player mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Nice to have: experience with advanced AI development workflows such as Copilot agents, Anthropic, or similar.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with spec-driven development and defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Nice to have: experience helping teams adopt AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Nice to have: awareness of cost-efficient and scalable AI usage patterns.
