Description

Participate in the design and development of data solutions for challenging client projects.
Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the team.
Promote best practices, clean code, and reusable code across data projects.
Develop ETL processes using Spark with Python or Scala.
Work on cloud-based projects using Azure or AWS.
Build scalable data pipelines using multiple technologies.
Implement data transformation and modeling workflows with DBT.
Contribute to full ownership of projects within agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in data engineering.
Strong experience with Python or Scala and Spark for processing large datasets.
Solid experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience working with Snowflake.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines, including CI/CD.
Experience with testing practices such as unit and integration testing.
Experience with DBT for data transformation and modeling, including DBT Core or Cloud.
Bonus points for experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Fluent English is a plus.
A strong team player mindset.
