Description

  • Work on innovation projects where requirements evolve and exploration is part of the job.
  • Help transform early-stage ideas and immature technology into solutions that run reliably in real environments.
  • Break down ambiguous technical problems into small experiments and iteratively validate solutions.
  • Implement prototypes and proofs of concept, then evolve them into robust, maintainable software.
  • Define metrics and testing strategies to evaluate results.
  • Explore emerging AI and computer vision techniques, models, and tools, and assess their usefulness in real scenarios.
  • Combine classical computer vision and deep learning approaches within larger solution pipelines.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following modularity, readability, and basic testing practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews, collaborate in an Agile environment, and support continuous improvement.
  • Help productionize solutions by supporting packaging, reproducibility, performance considerations, and stability.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, documentation, demos, and technical decision tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python for development, either professionally or through solid personal projects.
  • Basic understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code practices, modular design, and version control with Git.
  • Initial experience in AI / Machine Learning and Computer Vision, with familiarity with PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with common computer vision tasks such as detection, segmentation, and classification.
  • Motivation to build real applications that can be shipped and maintained beyond notebooks.
  • Strong curiosity, open-mindedness, and ability to learn fast and accept feedback.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate progress clearly in English.
  • Comfort working in an international English-speaking environment.
  • Willingness to make trade-offs, iterate quickly, and improve quality until solutions are usable.
  • Nice to have: experience with 3D-related concepts such as point clouds, NeRF, or Gaussian Splatting.
  • Nice to have: basic experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Nice to have: interest in MLOps basics such as packaging, evaluation, and simple deployment workflows.
  • Nice to have: interest in creating demos, writing, or speaking about technical topics.
  • Nice to have: experience taking prototypes into production or contributing to internal tools used by others.
