Description

  • Support project delivery through the development workflow under the direction of the Project Operations Manager and PM team.
  • Organize and review contracts in the internal document library.
  • Interface with vendors and subcontractors to support project execution.
  • Monitor subcontractor construction progress and help reinforce safety and quality standards during construction.
  • Initiate close-out procedures and prepare close-out documents.
  • Work with the Finance Team to prepare EPC-specific documents and checklist items.
  • Attend and support contractor and utility meetings.
  • Maintain internal and external data rooms and support PM team use of Procore.
  • Track schedule changes, monitor milestone status, and flag issues as they arise.
  • Support review and creation of team processes and travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related solar ground-mount or construction management experience.
  • 2+ years of total professional experience.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of construction means and methods.
  • Understanding of basic site diligence documents, including geotech reports, ESAs, permits, interconnect agreements, and land-use agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling concepts such as CPM and Gantt charts.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software.
  • Experience working for a large design-build general contractor is preferred.
  • Experience with a renewable energy IPP executing its own construction projects is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Procore or similar project management information systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of construction lending and project financing is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 is preferred.
  • CAPM, PMP, and DBIA education are preferred.

  • Base salary range of $80,000-$95,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.
  • Eligibility for a substantial bonus plan with a target bonus of 30% of annual salary, prorated in the first year.
