Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, subledger accounting, and related integrations.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement for accounting processes.
  • Use AI thoughtfully to improve systems analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency in finance-critical environments.
  • Support integrations between Oracle EBS and external enterprise applications, including SaaS and cloud-based systems.
  • Work with Accounting stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Oracle EBS and cloud platform solutions.
  • Define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap with product owners, systems managers, and business leaders.
  • Improve record-to-report and related finance processes by simplifying workflows, strengthening controls, and increasing operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant processes across the ERP ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Managed Service Partners and internal teams to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Partner across Finance and IT on ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS in large enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, including GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA, and accounting control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Ability to use AI responsibly with attention to security, privacy, governance, and validation of outputs.
  • Strong functional understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, accounting operations, and ERP controls in a public-company or highly regulated environment.
  • Experience leading Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, release coordination, and cross-functional systems initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS integrations, enterprise application architecture, and cloud integration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and change management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, vendors, and global cross-functional teams.

  • Base salary range of $158,765 to $326,870 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote-first role with only 1–2 in-office collaboration visits every 6 months.
