Description

  • Define and execute product strategy for a major portion of the Activation suite, including the internal and external vision.
  • Own the roadmap from conception through launch in collaboration with Engineering and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver campaign management and creative capabilities.
  • Develop scalable and reliable services that support the full advertiser and campaign lifecycle.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
  • Write detailed product requirements, data specifications, and user stories for Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as feature adoption and revenue influenced.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing at tvScientific and Pinterest.
  • Act as a central liaison to align roadmaps, technical specifications, and delivery timelines between the two companies.
  • Proactively communicate risks, share progress, and facilitate joint problem-solving across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising product management.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external engineering teams to develop and deploy public services infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in activation workflows, schemas, and architecture within large-scale advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong foundational understanding of ad technology, with Connected TV experience preferred.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and digital media procurement preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in ad technology preferred.
  • Certification or specialized training in Agile or Scrum preferred.
  • Experience building industry partnerships and collaborating with external stakeholders preferred.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the ad technology marketplace preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $164,695 to $339,078 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote role that can be situated anywhere in the country.
  • Required in-office collaboration only 1-2 times per quarter.
