Description

  • Own sportsbook margin performance and lead optimisation initiatives across the sportsbook.
  • Diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products.
  • Define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap.
  • Review and improve pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks.
  • Assess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanics.
  • Partner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvements.
  • Establish performance reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Manage and develop a Trading Quant.
  • Define tooling and platform improvements with Engineering.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in sportsbook trading or performance roles.
  • Strong understanding of margin drivers and optimisation levers.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial impact.
  • Highly analytical with strong diagnostic capability.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance margin and growth.
  • Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into action.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
