Description

  • Use GenAI as the default operating model for program management work, including drafting artifacts, triaging intake, synthesizing status, and tracking risks and dependencies.
  • Prototype data-driven tools and workflow improvements using AI coding assistants to support decisions and simplify program operations.
  • Follow AI governance and safety-by-design practices, including sensitive data handling, output validation, and documentation of assumptions and limits.
  • Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technical programs across Quality Engineering, Client Foundations, Ads Foundations, and Core Infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to define program outcomes, execution plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery against multi-quarter goals.
  • Build and run an integrated operating cadence, including roadmap planning, milestones, decision forums, status updates, and escalation paths.
  • Drive programs that improve software quality, engineering hygiene, release confidence, reliability, and developer productivity.
  • Lead technical program management for client foundations modernization across iOS, Android, and Web.
  • Drive modernization and reliability initiatives across Ads and Core Infrastructure, including shared infrastructure, APIs, search/discovery, ingestion, catalog unification, and media pipelines.
  • Manage and develop a small TPM team while staying hands-on with the most strategic or highest-risk programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI to accelerate planning, program operations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience turning repeatable program work into durable, low-toil mechanisms using GenAI, prompting, lightweight scripts/tools, dashboards, or data analysis.
  • Experience operating within AI governance expectations, including risk assessment, data handling, model/output validation, and auditability/traceability.
  • Significant experience leading large, cross-team technical programs in ambiguous environments with complex technical and organizational dependencies.
  • Experience translating strategy and organizational goals into a multi-quarter roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong execution discipline, including risk management, governance, dependency tracking, and cross-team accountability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to frame tradeoffs and align senior technical leaders.
  • Technical fluency in platform and infrastructure domains such as distributed systems, APIs, reliability/observability, developer tooling, client platforms, or data/infrastructure systems.
  • Experience driving modernization, quality, or platform transformation efforts that improve reliability, speed, productivity, or software quality.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching, setting direction, and growing team capability over time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $171,467 to $300,067 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity compensation.
  • Remote-friendly role with in-office collaboration required only 1-2 times every 6 months.
