Description

  • Lead a team of senior TPMs and individual contributors on cross-org, company-level programs across Ads Quality & Measurement.
  • Set the strategy and vision for the Ads Quality & Measurement TPM function and translate goals into measurable roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver complex programs.
  • Own the portfolio’s metrics and accountability framework, including performance, relevance, experimentation, and delivery signals.
  • Establish decision frameworks, manage dependencies, surface trade-offs, and increase decision velocity for ambiguous, high-stakes work.
  • Lead the operating cadence for the organization, including portfolio reviews, resource planning, launch readiness, risk management, and executive communications.
  • Embed AI into program workflows to accelerate synthesis, planning, reporting, and repeatable operations while maintaining quality, privacy, and correctness.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing TPM team through feedback, succession planning, and ongoing learning.
  • Shape systems and programs tied to Ads Ranking, Match Quality, Whole Page Relevance, measurement systems, and platform investments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related experience leading multiple company-level programs.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading senior TPMs, managers, or senior individual contributors.
  • Experience leading large-scale programs in ads, marketplace systems, machine learning, AI, ranking, recommendation systems, experimentation, measurement, or data platforms.
  • Experience setting strategy for a technical function and turning ambiguous business opportunities into clear priorities and execution plans.
  • Experience building accountability systems such as metric frameworks, roadmap tracking, launch governance, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Strong technical judgment and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and aligning multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality of work, with an approach to validating accuracy and protecting sensitive data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in highly complex technical domains similar to Pinterest’s ads and measurement systems.
  • Ability to work remotely with in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $192,929 to $397,206 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
