Description

  • Oversee engineering activities for information systems that are being developed, modified, or operated.
  • Plan, design, develop, evaluate, test, and integrate systems infrastructure, including hardware and software implementation.
  • Lead and supervise systems engineering staff and related engineering activities.
  • Support, review, maintain, and optimize networked software and associated operating systems.
  • Manage the systems engineering team and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Execute risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and plan project cost, schedule, and execution activities.
  • Develop and review technical performance metrics and support operational and test events.
  • Support acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and other program documentation activities.
  • Collaborate within an agile/scrum environment to assess how enhancements, defects, and requests affect application architecture.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED is required.
  • 12+ years of experience supporting Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience integrating with identity verification third-party services such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, or LexisNexis.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting IBM products, Oracle products, and cloud-based products.
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification is mandatory.
  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems and services, including Identity and Access Management and AWS GovCloud environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the software development, enhancement, and maintenance lifecycle.
  • Experience planning, managing, leading, and coordinating work across multiple concurrent, deadline-driven tasks in a large-scale highly available system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • Training and certification in the target ICAM product, especially IBM products, is desired.
  • Experience with agile development/scrum is desired.
  • Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering is desired.
