Description

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the lifecycle of technology infrastructure projects, including server, mainframe, storage, database, and network initiatives.
  • Oversee projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and close-out.
  • Establish project requirements, priorities, deadlines, scope, and major milestones.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project activities, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
  • Determine project needs and acquire the resources required for successful delivery.
  • Develop project plans based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
  • Manage project scope and provide solutions to complex problems to support business objectives.
  • Direct technological research and oversee the development of solution roadmaps and project vision.
  • Ensure projects meet quality requirements and are completed on time and on budget.
  • Communicate with internal teams, client project teams, and senior government officials.

Requirements

  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 15+ years of experience supporting information technology as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior Government officials.
  • Experience interacting with key managers, functional experts, internal service delivery teams, and client project teams.
  • Strong background in government contracting processes is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
