Description

  • Manage incidents affecting FSA IAM systems and integrated applications in accordance with FSA processes and guidelines.
  • Create and maintain incident tickets, join incident calls, and examine logs and system data.
  • Perform real-time technical analysis and provide initial assessment summaries during incidents.
  • Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution updates to FSA leadership and affected teams.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Escalate COTS/GOTS issues to vendors and coordinate support involving related systems.
  • Review analytics for potential security breaches and participate in security incident management.
  • Support incident and event analysis and reporting for AIMS and PAS customers.
  • Provide mandatory after-hours, on-call, and peak-period incident coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Public Trust clearance required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT incident and problem management processes.
  • Technical understanding of identity and access management systems.
  • Ability to analyze logs, data, and system information quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during major incidents.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for updates and reporting.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with federal IT environments, compliance requirements, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Availability and flexibility for after-hours and on-call support.
