Description

  • Manage manual pilots and rollouts of the catering product across new businesses, products, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate, high-quality delivery for all Pizza Catering orders.
  • Manage contractors and oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations, Dasher, Marketing, and Product teams on pilots, deep dives, and ad hoc support.
  • Present information to leadership and lead experiments.
  • Identify, triage, and communicate product gaps to the appropriate partners.
  • Track trends, develop solutions, and support strategic growth of the catering product.
  • Adapt to frequent context switching and reprioritization while maintaining execution quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience, particularly in data analytics, customer-facing communication, and testing or piloting.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team and setting and achieving goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and ability to quickly find solutions and learnings.
  • Extreme attention to detail, particularly when managing orders.
  • Comfort presenting information to leadership and leading experiments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and think effectively on your feet.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve work effectiveness is expected or beneficial.
