Description

  • Manage a portfolio of large, complex clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with client leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Translate client needs into prioritized action plans for NetSuite consultants and developers.
  • Track timelines, scope, and resourcing across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks such as low adoption, scope creep, stalled work, and renewal concerns, then develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead client escalations and difficult conversations through resolution.
  • Coordinate with delivery, support, and account teams to maintain progress.
  • Recommend NetSuite optimizations, additional modules, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or another client-facing role.
  • Functional background, ideally in operations.
  • ERP experience as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project lead.
  • Experience managing large or complex client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive communication and consistent cross-team follow-through.
  • Comfort managing escalations and difficult client conversations.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Business degree or business background preferred.
  • Experience in managed services, ERP support, or technology consulting preferred.
