Description

Support rolling forecasts and monthly financial close materials.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and the broader team.
Perform variance analysis on key budget drivers.
Use planning software and reporting tools to support financial analysis and leadership reporting.
Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting and analysis efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Own balance sheet account reconciliations.
Support month-end close activities in collaboration with the accounting team.
Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting to senior leadership.
Partner with team members on AP, AR, and payroll-adjacent tasks as needed.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Participate in management calls and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of accounting experience with exposure to financial analysis or FP&A.
Strong proficiency in GL reconciliations, month-end close, and variance analysis.
Comfortable building reports, dashboards, and tools from scratch.
Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Experience with ERP systems such as Sage is a strong plus.
Experience with forecasting software is a strong plus.
Background in both public accounting and industry is preferred.
Enthusiasm for using AI tools to drive efficiency.

Benefits

Remote, full-time position.
Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
Bonus eligible.
Opportunity to work directly with the VP of Finance.
Opportunity to take on a supervisory role with the nearshore accounting team over time.
