Description

  • Engage prospective customers to gather system requirements and design feasible NetSuite-based solutions.
  • Prepare and price services as part of the sales and solution design process.
  • Deliver NetSuite and industry-focused demos during the pre-sales cycle to support prospect conversion.
  • Partner with sales to create value-driven offerings tailored to customer business needs.
  • Work with service delivery teams to transfer requirements and design knowledge after the sale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen internal NetSuite knowledge and consulting capability.
  • Mentor sales resources and help build manufacturing industry expertise across the team.
  • Pursue ongoing subject matter learning through a personalized development plan.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of manufacturing operations experience desired, preferably in Life Sciences or Automotive verticals.
  • Field of study in Accounting or Computer Information Systems preferred.
  • Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP solutions from a functional and technical perspective.
  • 4-5 years of NetSuite consulting experience and/or experience delivering software demonstrations to prospects highly desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent professional and management-level communication skills, including the ability to speak with C-level and client operations personnel.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • NetSuite ERP Consultant certification desired.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $135,000.
  • Incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.
  • Remote work location within the USA.
  • Full-time weekday schedule with regular business hours.
  • Some flexibility for after-hours work as business needs require.
  • Up to 30% travel expected.
