Description

  • Define and prioritize a risk-driven security roadmap for Pigment’s product and infrastructure.
  • Design new security features and continuously improve defense-in-depth controls.
  • Advise developers, product managers, and other stakeholders on security risks and mitigation options.
  • Review code, architecture, and configurations to identify and assess security issues.
  • Coordinate security assurance activities, including third-party audits, red team exercises, and the bug bounty program.
  • Drive the end-to-end vulnerability remediation process from detection through verification.
  • Improve security monitoring and incident detection by working with infrastructure and development teams.
  • Contribute to incident response and fraud investigations and develop automation to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver employee security awareness training and act as a security evangelist for internal teams.
  • Support secure design and development of AI-powered features through threat modeling and design reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in security roles, such as Security Engineer or Security Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience; this is an individual contributor role and does not include people management.
  • Strong technical security expertise with a broad background in technology, including development, databases, networking, and web systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work across a broad security domain, including application security and infrastructure security.
  • Experience working in or around a production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is beneficial.
  • Experience with tools and technologies in the environment, such as GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, Datadog SIEM, Cloudflare ZTNA, Wiz, GitHub, and HackerOne, is advantageous.
  • Background in AI security or securing AI-powered features is a plus.
