Description

  • Design and evolve IAM architecture across AWS, GCP, Okta, SaaS applications, AI tooling, and remote-access platforms.
  • Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, policy-as-code patterns, and CI/CD workflows for IAM automation.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management, access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and reporting.
  • Implement least-privilege, RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust, privileged access, and workload identity controls.
  • Reduce identity risk by addressing excessive permissions, long-lived credentials, cross-account trust, and service-account misuse.
  • Strengthen Twingate, PAM, MFA, passwordless, vendor-access, and identity-aware remote-access controls.
  • Develop IAM monitoring, investigation, troubleshooting, audit-readiness, and evidence-collection processes.
  • Design safe AI-assisted identity workflows with human approval, least privilege, logging, and data-handling safeguards.
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, IT, and studio teams to establish scalable identity standards and strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership and promote automation-first, maintainable IAM practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in IAM security engineering, cloud security, identity architecture, or related security engineering roles.
  • Experience operating IAM solutions in high-scale, cloud-first, global organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS IAM, Organizations, IAM Identity Center, SCPs, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Access Analyzer, and SSM.
  • Hands-on expertise with GCP IAM, service accounts, workload identity, organization/project models, and audit services.
  • Strong Okta administration experience, including groups, rules, app integrations, assignments, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, federated identity, cross-account access, and non-human identity governance.
  • Production experience with Terraform-based IAM automation, reusable modules, state management, drift detection, rollback planning, and safe deployments.
  • Proficiency with Git workflows, CI/CD, APIs, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, privileged and just-in-time access, identity monitoring, access reviews, and audit readiness.
  • Experience with or interest in AI-assisted engineering tools, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, prompt security, and human-in-the-loop controls; PAM, CIEM, passwordless, gaming, or relevant certifications are preferred.
