Description

  • Assess and document the security posture of cloud-based SaaS and on-premises services.
  • Organize and coordinate penetration tests, code scans, cloud infrastructure scans, and pipeline security assessments.
  • Identify security gaps and help teams prioritize and remediate risks.
  • Establish standardized minimum security requirements across products and development teams.
  • Drive Security by Design adoption across cloud and application environments.
  • Define and improve cloud security practices for Azure-based and hybrid environments.
  • Integrate security controls and scanning into development and CI/CD processes.
  • Support the security roadmap and drive continuous organizational security improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Cloud Security and Application Security.
  • Hands-on experience securing Microsoft Azure environments and workloads, including Azure CAF and Well-Architected Framework practices.
  • Experience securing hybrid infrastructure, particularly on-premises environments integrated with Azure.
  • Good understanding of AWS security services and best practices.
  • Experience with vulnerability management, security assessments, scanning, penetration testing coordination, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Experience implementing Security by Design across cloud and application environments and integrating security into CI/CD and DevSecOps processes.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Understanding of Windows-based environments, enterprise infrastructure, and modern security frameworks.
  • Experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Experience creating organizational security strategies or operating models; .NET, Terraform/IaC, and container/Kubernetes security experience preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, SC-100, or AWS Security Specialty preferred.
  • Fluent English at B2 level or higher; work from the European Union and a valid work permit are required.
