Description

  • Improve existing multi-agent features and design new capabilities.
  • Develop AI features across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI stack.
  • Build AI functionality on Pigment’s computation engine for deterministic, auditable results and data visualization.
  • Develop reliable, high-test-coverage GenAI product features with real-world impact.
  • Translate user needs into simple, product-oriented technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with AI and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
  • Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in C#, Java, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
  • Hands-on experience prompting large language models through GenAI features or vibe-coding tools.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and LLMs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of recent agent developments (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, complex LLM products, or evaluation pipelines (preferred).
