Description

  • Design, build, and ship AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and create new capabilities for internal and client-facing use.
  • Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming.
  • Architect solutions to integrate into Polaris IQ’s shared intelligence layer rather than as standalone tools.
  • Partner with the Head of AI and stakeholders across GTM / Sales, Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering to identify high-value opportunities and turn them into deployed solutions.
  • Manage and develop 2-3 junior AI strategists through coaching, work review, and growth planning.
  • Collaborate with department leads across disciplines to shape the future of AI at Wpromote.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, agency-side or brand-side, in client service / account management, product, or technology roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping and operating production AI systems.
  • Experience with agentic orchestration, tool-use protocols such as MCP or comparable systems, API integration, and SQL/data warehouse fluency.
  • BigQuery experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing early-career talent, including coaching, work review, and growth planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical approaches into value for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with Dev / Engineering and Product teams.
  • Strong first-principles problem-solving ability to identify the root problem that needs to be addressed.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to build.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
