Description

  • Partner with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful customer implementations.
  • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets for implementation engagements.
  • Keep contributors aligned on progress, priorities, and project status through clear internal reporting.
  • Proactively respond to customer requests for project resources and coordinate support as needed.
  • Anticipate project risks and challenges and drive mitigation actions to keep work on track.
  • Manage customer relationships to help ensure high adoption and business value from Pigment.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors.
  • Work with the product team to share feedback on product vision and roadmap.
  • Participate in updating Pigment’s project management methodology.
  • Deliver presentations and trainings and provide structured guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software or SaaS company.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead while also supporting internal team members as a team player.
  • Ability to mediate conflicting stakeholder requirements and build consensus.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong empathy and dedication to customer success.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions and provide reporting or dashboards to identify trends.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment.
