Description

  • Work closely with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced multi-dimensional models.
  • Design and build Pigment applications tailored to customer planning needs.
  • Train customers to become self-sufficient in using the solution.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team.
  • Understand business requirements and document them clearly.
  • Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
  • Integrate source software and migration solutions, including connectors and APIs.
  • Develop design and architecture documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.
  • Manage the quality of implementations delivered by partners.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.
  • 3 years of consultative experience at a large company in financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, or a similar environment, or at a management consulting firm implementing EPM platforms for large clients.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with high volumes of unstructured data and validating it.
  • Ability to learn new domains quickly across diverse customer use cases.
  • Experience adapting to a rapidly changing product and responding strategically to customer needs.
  • Experience balancing multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
