Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KYC products.
  • Conduct market analysis and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting KYC compliance.
  • Work with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and enhance KYC features.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional strategies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment and address user feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding KYC products.
  • Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to improve product effectiveness and reliability.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate product success.
  • Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement and future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance or KYC-related products.
  • Strong understanding of KYC regulations and best practices within the financial services industry.
  • Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable product features.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within agile product development frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
