Description

  • Refine and scale core sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Work with the Technical Director and enterprise customers to design, create, and present business solutions.
  • Drive new business sales while collaborating with customer success teams to maximize customer value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners.
  • Respond to and support requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Represent Picus at events, panels, and webinars through business solutions and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in line with client expectations.
  • Provide input to product management on product development and enhancements.
  • Support marketing, channel, and key partner initiatives, including customer-facing travel within Mexico.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mexico City.
  • BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security, Cloud, and Network Systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Cybersecurity Sales Engineering role.
  • Demonstrated success working with technical decision makers and executives.
  • Knowledge of emerging cyber technologies and public cloud provider solutions, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Broad technology experience in risk visibility and prioritization, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation.
  • Experience architecting and designing solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to senior executives is preferred.
  • A proven track record of revenue growth and team collaboration is preferred.
