Description

  • Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing success support to address both basic and strategic challenges.
  • Understand PhotoShelter’s products and how photographers, brands, designers, and artists use the platform.
  • Act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor by sharing best practices and helping drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and adoption, and document account status in Salesforce.
  • Build customer references and case studies.
  • Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
  • Drive NPS survey response rates and use customer feedback data to improve the customer experience.
  • Support customer migrations from existing systems to PhotoShelter.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform future product improvements.
  • Manage assigned projects as delegated by the manager.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing mid-market to enterprise customers in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interest in, or understanding of, digital photo technologies, software, and workflows.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to move quickly.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding goals and focusing on impact.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to write and speak professionally and succinctly.
  • Ability to listen patiently and communicate difficult answers clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, small-company environment.
  • Experience with and passion for photography, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Zuora, preferred.
  • Prior experience with PhotoShelter, preferred.
