Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify inbound leads through multiple channels to generate meetings for the sales team.
  • Execute outbound prospecting to target accounts within the ideal customer profile and create new opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Manage a high volume of leads and prioritize outreach for timely, personalized engagement.
  • Document and track all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate real-time data.
  • Use Outreach for sequencing, automation, and consistent follow-up.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, and social channels to uncover needs and present PhotoShelter’s value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff and improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, feedback, and best practices that strengthen outbound strategy.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly activity and pipeline goals.
  • Drive high-quality meetings that convert into opportunities and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Mandatory fluency in Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience with modern prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks or Orum, and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Integrity, grit, and a genuine desire to help organizations solve problems.
