Description

  • Launch and support the Haas preventative maintenance program across Tennessee.
  • Perform deep inspections and preventative maintenance on Haas machines.
  • Keep customer equipment operating at full speed and minimize downtime.
  • Serve as the bridge between Phillips and customers throughout the service process.
  • Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues on site.
  • Travel extensively throughout the state in a company vehicle, including overnight stays.
  • Provide responsive support within a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Represent Phillips professionally and build strong customer relationships.
  • Help improve the overall service process through clear communication and feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and improve existing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively in a company vehicle throughout the state, including overnights.
  • Haas knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Comfort working on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 24-hour response expectation.
