Description

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems.
  • Perform precision installations and bring new machinery online.
  • Provide customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify and remove obstacles affecting customer productivity.
  • Represent Phillips as the primary field contact for customers in the assigned territory.
  • Work Monday through Friday from a residence-based role using a company-supplied van.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region as needed to support customers and secure future work.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with CNC machinery or a strong mechanical and electrical background.
  • Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday.
  • Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrable hands-on skill and industry experience are highly valued.
  • Desire to continually learn and become highly knowledgeable in service engineering.
  • Commitment to high performance and Phillips' community-oriented values.

Benefits

  • Expected annual pay range of $55,000 to $75,000.
  • Compensation based on market conditions and individual contribution.
  • Company-supplied van for the role.
