Description

  • Build registration pages for continuing education events based on completed proposal forms.
  • Enter event details such as titles, dates, credit types, and descriptions accurately before publishing.
  • Perform basic quality control checks on event setups to catch errors before events go live.
  • Update HubSpot records with registration counts and other event data from client sites.
  • Maintain clean, consistent data across systems and flag discrepancies when identified.
  • Communicate proactively with the Customer Success team via Slack when information is unclear or needs clarification.
  • Coordinate with team members to confirm requirements and receive timely feedback on tasks.
  • Participate in onboarding walkthroughs and demos to learn workflows before going live.

Requirements

  • Comfort using Slack as a primary communication tool and following up proactively when needed.
  • Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems simultaneously without losing accuracy or detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills when working with structured data and multi-step processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in online tools, information retrieval, and communication platforms, including Slack.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills in English for async Slack-based collaboration.
  • Alignment with principles of trust, integrity, and patient-centric care.
  • Comfort working in a task-oriented, process-driven environment with clear SOPs.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt as processes evolve.
